upper chest

I have been trying to get my upper chest bigger but, i have had no luck. My lower chest is getting bigger, too big. My chest is starting to look like lemon drops. what are some good exercises for bulking up upper chest.

incline bar/10,10,8
decline bar/10,10,8
flat bar/10,10,8
flies/10,10,8
incline dumbbell/10,10,8

once a weekfor the last 4 months. do you think i'm on the right track?

i just recently started seeing my upper chest get bigger do to my workouts.

i recommend u start out with ur upper chest when working ur pecs. this is only until it gets bigger. this way u will use the best part of u energy on ur upper chest.

make sure that u are using the correct incline. i use a ton of incline when i work my upper chest, if it was any more incline i would be working my shoulders specifically. so u wanna experiment with that.

do some supersets as well, work dumbell incline press with incline push ups. put ur feet on the stairs (5th step works best for me) and do some push ups in between sets.

maybe cut down a little on ur lower pec workouts.
 
cut away all the exercises except the incline press, thatll target your upper chest area...try that for a month to even it out
 
thanks for the advice guys. Is it possible to cut up lower and bulk up upper? I wanted to make my lower tight and trim while still bulking up my upper? Can i do this or, will i have to pick bulking or cutting? thanks again

They both rely on diet, therefore you can only pick 1 at a time.
