Hey guys. Im new to this forum, and I like it already. I orignially posted this in Personal Trainer, until I found this section.
But anyways, Im trying to build my upper chest up, and so far im doing incline bench and incline flys. But on the flys, should I hold it with my elbow, or my hand? Also, is there a difference between the incline fly w/ a bench type fly and a fly w/ dumbells?
Are there any other workouts I can do for UPPER chest? Like hold the bar w/ a closer grip? Thanks A LOT in advance!
