hey, im new here and looking for advice. After years of being skinny i finally got sick of myself(not in a bad way)of being like that. So 3-4 weeks ago i made a vow to bulk up, well ive been going to our school's weight room 3 days a week for 1hr each time. Im seeing great results(the best was when i actually had a noticable set of pex). But now i want to target some areas, especially my upper chest(near the collarbone). I do alot of chest excersizes but cant seem to get muslce there, im only gaining muscle near my breast plate(center of chest). What do i do to get muscle near the collar bone?
