Upper Body Workout help please!!

i'm a 17 year old male who is having trouble shedding pounds i weigh about 160 and i'm 5'7". i've probably never seen my stomach flat my whole life so i would appreciate it if i could get some help on what workouts to do to flatten and tone my stomach area.I also have trouble with my arms, they are still a little flabby with no definition. My chest is also a problem, i've tried jumping rope. can somebody please give me some upper body workouts to help me out. also if you even have any dieting plans that you think would help i would greatly appreciate it. thank you very much.
 
First you want to remember that genetics is about 70% of our physical appearance when it comes to tall, thin, short or fat. I recommend speaking to a dietician before changing the way you eat or simply buying a good book. I recomend the 40/30/30 fat burning solution.
