I have come across an abundance of information, much of which seems to contradict itself, so I figured I'd come straight to the people for some information here. I am looking to increase my upper body size and need a good work out program. I have heard backs & bi and chest & tri as well as pushing lift activities (ex: bench press) one day and pulling activities (ex: lat pulldowns) one day. Between biking and running my lower body is pretty well taken care of, so really I am just looking for a good way to add some size and muscle to my upper body. Any help and/or insight would be greatly appreciated.
