Upper Back Help

Currently I'm on a full body workout 3x a week but I'd really like to bulk up my upper back a bit more (the part below your neck). It's a bit small compared to the rest of my body. I currently do pullups, chinups, seated rows, deadlifts, and bent over rows in my full body workouts for my back.

EDIT: How do I draw with text with spaces inbetween... It's scrunching up the slashes and |'s

from that, it looks like you are hunching, and has a very big S curve in you're back. it could be posture problems.
 
Yea, and also...as long as you are doing pullups, chinups, rows, lat pulldowns to switch it up, it really just depends on what you're eating, they will grow...
 
try overhead shrugs, they wont feed to the imbalance that is causing the posture problem it sounds like you have.
 
Thanks for the replies. I don't have posture problems and I just messed up with the drawings. Here's a better idea of what I'm talking. I'm looking to build up the area in the red circle. I have decent upper traps but the red area below isn't that big. Oh getting the V-shape would be nice too. :]
