Upper arm workout?

I would appreciate advice on 2 issues here please:

1] My biceps and outside shoulder or I guess, deltoids look like one, i no longer have the separation between them as I did in my younger days, I would like to get back that separation, what are the key exercises which will give me back that separation?

2] I have a little excess weight or fat around my armpit area which I would like to get rid of or tone/tighten up, what exercise will give me results?

1. That separation comes from having a low enough bf%, to not have any (significant) fat there, which causes the separation to be seen.
The reason it isn't seen for you right now, is because the fat is covering it.

2. On a related note, there is no possible way to lose fat in a specific part of your body.


As long as you do some good cardio/HIIT, you will see results. Your generics determines where the fat to be burned will come from.
