Well four months later take a look at me now... I only have gained 6 pounds but my arms seem to be a little bit bigger. I work out about 3 days a week. Let me know what you think!

By the way, I hate how I've been working out longer than you, and my arms still look the same as ever.....tiny. -_-

Dude, lookin' great! You remind me of Jonathan Togo, who plays Ryan Wolfe on CSI: Miami. He was kind of gangly and geeky when he first started on the show, and now he's bulking up and is really looking great.

Okay, my geek moment is over.

Def. an improvement BUT I know you see more changes if you do a couple things. Your diet. Make sure your getting above 3000 daily, getting at least 2 veggies, 3 fruit daily, lean protein with every meal.

Hit compound movements HARD. Bent rows, bench press, squats, deads., etc. Make sure you feel the moves and do not overwork your core that is key. Balancing isolation and compound moves to prevent an overworked core. Good work with the arms.

Holy hell. You really have gotten a lot bigger. That old post, wasn't even from too long ago, If I remember correct.
