UPDATE progress photos!!

so about 2 or so weeks ago i started a new routine that my dad calls circuit training. i think it's REALLY working out for me! i don't think i've lost any scale weight because i've been gaining some muscle but my physical appearance is improving greatly!

i've promised myself i wont step on the scale until the end of this month but i may wait until the end of next month till i weight in. which i will then take more photos and post another update.

let me know what you guys think! i still have a long way to go but my motivation is high!

I can definitely see a change, in the last one especially. Your belly seems more flat, and you definitely lost inches from your hips as well. Well done, good job. That new routine is most certainly working for you! :)

I'm one of those people who weighs myself daily, so for you to hold off weighing yourself must take some extreme willpower (or maybe that's just how you prefer it). Either way, looking good! :waving:
