Firstly I just want to say thank you so much for your kind words and support. They are helping me a lot through my progress. :)

For the past few days i've been doing quite well, i've been doing frequent exercise and eating five small meals a day. I've not weighed myself yet as i've just broken out of the unhealthy routine by obsessively weighing myself several times a day. I shall weigh myself once a week and avoid the scales till the next week lol :)

Lately, i've been doing quite a lot of boxing, i'm really enjoying it apart from the sore muscles afterwards! But apart from that I feel really good about myself. And i'm trying my best to make it into a routine to get myself more organised. Then I can make exercise an important part of my life.

However, I need some advice. You see my top half of my body is a UK size 10-12 while my bottom half is a size 14-16. Which makes my body look very out of proportion. I've always had a big bottom half but it depresses me as I really want my legs, hips and bum to be smaller. Like a size 12 in jeans or if i'm lucky, a size 10. I was just wondering, what type of exercises should I do to try and get the weight off of my lower body? Any advice would be much appreciated. :)


Oh, and i'm sorry if i've posted this journal in the wrong section. I'm new to this and i'm trying to learn about this site. :)
