Update but no pics SORRY!!

ummm i been doin this whole calorie counting thing and i do believe its paying off ive lost 4 lbs in 3 days.....and im currently at 262 lbs.......so it wont be long and ill be breaking the 250's again....thas been a while ....but i read around on here and calorie counting seems to be the way to go so .....i decided one day before dieting i would count my calories and i was eating anywhere from 3000 to 3500 calories and thought that that was a bit high so ive cut it down to bout 1300 and am doing fine with it !! so wish me luck!!! ill get a pic or two up when i lose my first 10 lbs....thanx guys and good luck
 
:waving: Best of luck to you! Are you keeping in mind your height and gender when determining how many calories you need? Keep it healthy ;)

yeah i have im 6'0,... 262lbs 1300 calories may be clearly not enough but im kinda using that as a base .......i wont starve myself cause i dont wanna put my body in starvation mode although i have altered my snacks from all the fattening things to celery , carrots, thats sort of thing .....and so far ...im rather impressed
 
i think 1300 calories is too low for your height and weight....re figure your numbers into one of the handy maintenance formulas to determine your level. It just sounds way too low.
