Hello All,
So I was having problems with my weight earlier, going on a way too restrictive calorie diet, and too much exercise, but I improved that, and by eating more, I actually lost more!! So now I have 25 more pounds to lose, and I expect that will be done by end of June. I lost around 46 pounds so far, and I look and feel a lot better. Please tell me if you see any difference. :))

Just wondering, what was to little calories and to much exercise in your case? I know it's different for everyone but I'm just wondering. Great job so far though. How long did it take?

Too little calories was around 600 and burning around 1000. I know, a bit too extreme. It took me lets see, well I started around mid-feb, and now its almost the end of April, so it took me about three months to lose 45 pounds. Thats around 15 pounds a month. I am continuing the same rate for these remaining two months, and then I go on a muscle building regime. Can you really see a difference though? Is it noticeable? I don't see too much of a difference, personally.

It's hard to tell because the second picture is so blurry but you do look thinner for sure. Not to mention the scales don't lie. We are our own worst critics, I always feel the same way because we see ourselves everyday it's hard to tell a difference. Yea 600 calories was way to low, no matter what.
