units journal

a little info about myself before starting the journal. I have been working out for 3 months 1 week. I started december 2nd 2006, at the time I was 26, 5'7" and 197 lbs, didn't really know my bf%, all I know is I was unhappy with my body. Today (03-12-2007) I am still 26, 5'7" and now weigh 150 lbs, I checked my bf% at LA fitness on friday and it was at 11.4%. I am much happier with the way I look, although my goal is to be cut and have a nice six pack. I am beggining to see a little bit of a four pack and the bottom of my ABS is going away. I have gone from a size 40 pants to a size 34, I do cardio about 2 times a week, more if I get a chance, I also play soccer on tuesday nights and Saturday afternoon's. I play basketball saturday morning's and sunday morning's. I go to the gym to workout about 5 times a week. A few times A week I go twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. A lot of people say I over do it. but I just wanted results fast. Now, the beggining of the journal.

03-12-07 --- woke up at 3:45 am whent to sleep at 10:30 pm
6am: 2 small Bannanas
8am: Granola bar with a glass of orange juice
11am: water
1pm: granola bar with more water
3pm: 2 Chicken breast with bean's and rice, to drink I had lemonade.
7pm: bowl of special K Cereal

Working out for the day: nothing. had the day off.

6am - 1 banana
8am - 1 banana & cup of hot chocolate
11:30 am - Chocolate meal replacement bar with 210 calories & 19 grams of protein.
7:30 pm - Bowl of Special K cereal with milk.
throught the day I had 2 liters of water.
Not much food today,

work out's - Nothing again. second day off. back to the work out the following day.
