I posted a ridiculous diet plan on here in August. Well. I didn't even attempt it, or any diet for that matter. And hit peak weight before the new years (246, but quite of that went rapidly because of water weight and all the salts, etc).
Well, I started eating right a little while ago and well, not exercising all that much (I go for a walk when I can, just little things like that), and I decided to step on the scale just a few minutes ago in the middle of moving furniture to my new bedroom, and HOOZAH! I weighed 219.8. Which is a BMI of 29.8 (.2 below obesity!!!) for my height of 6 feet. I weighed myself multiple times in disbelief, and I kept getting the same result, give or take .5!
So, I plan to continue doing what I've been doing (1500-2k cals a day, low fat foods, like fruits, veggies, and lean meats), and step up the exercise just a tad bit to see what happens!
