i know penny has this similar problem and i hope you can help me too. my right peck is bigger and fuller than my left peck. i assume this is because i perform manual labor and since im right-handed, i do most tasks with my right hand. im just starting out weightlifting and the difference is noticable. im embarrassed, especially when im wearing a tighter shirt. i dont want to ask my friends as they might start to notice it
. what exercises should i do to even out my pecks? i know the bench is good for it, but what else? should i do more with my left arm? what are some great workouts for pecks? did any of you guys have had this problem?
