Uneven chest

I just started lifting weights about 4 months ago. I used to be a baseball pitcher when i was a kid and I injured myself to the shoulder but never did anything about it (it didn't hurt unless i threw stuff). Now, when i bench press, only the right side of my chest hurts and feels like it's working. The left side (pitching arm side) doesn't work at all, instead it hurts in the rotater cuff.

I'm starting to really see the difference and it's freaking me out

What should I do ?

I would suggest to use Dumbbell bench press instead of the barbell. And use lighter weight at first to even up both side.
