Unequal pecks, ew

Hey, I'm a newbie with unequal pecks. Unequal pecks are quite disturbing, especially mine, they're way off, and I never really did anything for them to be like that LOL. Anyways, how can I fix it? People tell me to work the smaller peck harder, but that doesnt really tell me what to do.

maybe, ifyour doing flies on the bench, with ur smaller pec side i.e left, use a heavier weight in left arm and a smaller weight in right, maybe this might help you, just a theory
 
Is it naturaly uneven? or do you work out?
can you remember if it was uneven before you worked out?

Its most prob because your working them unevenly, I wouldn't suggest using a heaver weight with the smaller one, cos you should be using the heavyest weight you can anyway.

If you use barbell for bench press, try using dumbells, this will force both sides to work the same.

We need more info to help you out tho.
 
If I use dumbells and it works them evenly, will the smaller peck eventually catch up or will they both grow? anyways, no, I don't recall being born like that. I worked out once in a while when I was young, I guess I did everything crooked, the wrong way.
 
get some1 to check your form.

It will catch up eventually, cos if the smaller one is weaker, its working slightly harder. But Its just something that will take time.

No point in working only one side, cos you'll loose muscle on the strong side.
 
is your smaller peck weaker noticeably weaker than the other one? but i say when your doing flys with dumbbells have the dumbbells the same weight but just have good form and everything should even out in time
 
I have a sim problem. My left biceps/triceps are smaller than my right. But strangely my left is stronger!!!!!

I Think its because I use my right for work (hammering, screwing etc...) and I play guitar that I have more hypertrophy in right arm, but because My muscles are knotted up so bad the knotts make my right arm weaker.

On reflection I think it would be a great Idea for Mike to get a sports massage, to relieve any knotts and increase hypertrophy.

this may be a little off topic but.....i'm right handed,and my left bicep is a lot bigger than my right. When i was younger all i used to do was barbell curls. Now i have started using only dumbbells for curls and my right is catching up. So it would probally help to do bench with dumbbells
