Sorry I didn't lose anything this week. I think it is for the same reason Tammy posted. I have been exercising but I always have one or two bad days
  I am going to increase my exercise. I started out slow because I was so out of shape but each time I exercise it is easier and I am getting faster. So I am going to increase the length of time and still keep track of what I eat. I am not going to worry about the one or two bad days because it use to be seven bad days a week.
