Spent two hours at the gym tonight. 75 min on cardio, the rest on etrength (circuit, with 3 reps of 10-30 each).
I made a find at the local grocery store, tehy have this ice cream that look like the "Dipping Dots" that McDonalds used to sell but it's not the same brand and it's only 68 calories for the sherbert flavor, and only 135 for the Mint Chocolate chip ice cream. Not bat, about the same as a yougart.
Otherwise I ate rather poorly today. I was hiking and had way to much of that Costco trail mix. Also had a bag of Ginger snaps, as I was thinking about my grandma, and these always remind me of her so I grabbed a bag when I saw it. Other than that I had turkey tacos, two yougarts for breakfast, and the two dipping dot style ice cream listed above.
The trail mix was what I think was pretty bad, as I had a good 4-5 cups as the salt was really addicting. I need to improve my diet, as I have the exercise covered, but I havent lost any lbs in the past two weeks. But I do feel better, and have lost some inches in the waist, so it is working, just need to kick that fat burn into gear.
