Alright back from vacation. And back onto the plan.
Monday - Friday this week food wise was not great, but hopefully the walking 12+ hours a day made up for it in the long run. Even if it didnt I'm not punishing myself as I didnt gain anything so thats good, and it was fun but Disneyland I think is off of our trips going forward. What a waste of time with the 1-3 hour ride lines. Even using the fastpass system while it helped it wasnt worth it at all as even thise lines were pretty long. Universal studios was cool though because we spent the extra $$ on the "front of the line passes". Well worth it, as we literally could just walk right up to the front and rode everything numerous times. I think by the first two hours we'd ridden more rides then the previous three days at Disneyland.
Alright now back to the regular scheduled diet and exercise plan.

Hey Greg, your diary's title definitely got my attention as the white chocolate mocha is my favorite starbucks drink...good luck to you on your weight loss and I will check in with you later!

Sara

Out my way we have many more Dunkin Donuts shops than Starbucks, but the problem is the same. I'm currently just doing iced coffee with milk and equal. I've cut that down from 2-3 with cream to just 1 with equal now. I just have to keep myself away from the donuts that go with the coffee...

BTW, What kind of Bike? My commute is about 25 miles each way, and I ride every chance I get. I own a Honda Shadow Spirit 1100. Good to see other bike commuters on here.

Thanks Sara!
Relctant, I've moved down to non-fat, tall with the sugar free and it's not too bad, but every once in awile I skip lunch and have a full flavor (Lunch in a cup) as it's just too good. The bike in my profile is a BMW 1150GS that I rented on a trip to Australia awhile back. I love that country, some of the nicest people I've ever meet.
My own bike is a 2004 BMW 1150RT which I ride about 90miles or so daily into work. I need to pick up another bike for weekends as I do notice that weekend riding is not as fun anymore, as I have the mindset of riding bike= work, so I need to grab something with a different feel. Was thinking about a Suzuki Hyabusa as I live in some of the best backroad riding in the country (Marin CA headlands). If not that then I'd get a 1150GS and do some off-road riding as well as street to mix it up a bit.
Funny about the donuts, Starbucks has a few as well, but there easy to stay away from when there $1.85 per donut, for what costs .50 at a real donut store. Dunkin Donuts would not be good for me :)

Wen:
Venti double shot iced expresso with energy: 180 cal
1.5 cups of shepards pie lunch: 480
yougart: 170
speghetti and turkey meatballs: 950
2 cups slow turned (full of air) ice cream: 350

total: 2130 cal
Gym: 1 hour cardio and another 35 minutes of circuit training usng three sets of 10-25 on each.

Spent two hours at the gym tonight. 75 min on cardio, the rest on etrength (circuit, with 3 reps of 10-30 each).

I made a find at the local grocery store, tehy have this ice cream that look like the "Dipping Dots" that McDonalds used to sell but it's not the same brand and it's only 68 calories for the sherbert flavor, and only 135 for the Mint Chocolate chip ice cream. Not bat, about the same as a yougart.

Otherwise I ate rather poorly today. I was hiking and had way to much of that Costco trail mix. Also had a bag of Ginger snaps, as I was thinking about my grandma, and these always remind me of her so I grabbed a bag when I saw it. Other than that I had turkey tacos, two yougarts for breakfast, and the two dipping dot style ice cream listed above.

The trail mix was what I think was pretty bad, as I had a good 4-5 cups as the salt was really addicting. I need to improve my diet, as I have the exercise covered, but I havent lost any lbs in the past two weeks. But I do feel better, and have lost some inches in the waist, so it is working, just need to kick that fat burn into gear. :)

Just got back from the "Metal Master" concert (Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Testment, and Motorhead). Was a cool concert, although It will probally take two days for the buzz to get out of my ears.

Food wise today was ok. Had a ham sandwich for Breakfast\Lunch 750 calories, and for dinner a small plate of pasta and salad 950 cal, add one long island ice tea (I have no idea) and one Jack and a squirt of Coke, and hot dog plain no bun 400 cal, and I think Im in the 2300-2400 range. Not bad for going to a concert for a few hours. Didnt get to the gym though today, so that kinda sucks, but I'll hit it tomorrow.

Tuesday:
Had a starbucks iced whit moca venti (no whip, nonfat milk) 460 cal
1 yougart: 100 cal
1 bowl total cereal, non-fat milk 305
1 cup wholegrain chips 85 cal
2 slices of turkey 105cal
dinner was a quasedilla (ordered from the low carb section) 1050 calories
another yougart after the gym 100 cal
Total cal: 2205

Gym: 1 hour 5 minutes on the cardio (1023 calories burned according to the display) 35 minutes strength training on the circuit machines.

Haven't weighed myself in a few days, hopefully I'll have lost a bit, as I seem to be hovering at the 298 mark
