245.4 take what my formerly 248 body ^-^. despite some seriously indulging saturday i did it. got a memory card for my ddr and I've unlocked some harder songs so my workouts will now be more intense.

I loooooove DDR, and so do my kids. We recently bought a memory card for it too, for just the same reason!

Thanks so much i love having you stop by with encouragement. DDR is great fun for people of all ages and weights.

Tuesday:
calories for breakfast: aprox 700 ( it's wierd but with my awake and asleep shedules i need two rather big meals in a day and one small one)
lunch : planning for 260
Dinner: have 886 calories i can have here. not sure what dinner is but i will make sure to stay under.

exercise planned:
half hour resistance training
half hour ddr
possible half hours weights.
 
Wednesday went well hot lots of workout time in and stuck to my water regime despite wanting juice really bad.

getting bad with keeping track of calories becuase the fiance makes dinner and sometimes she forgets to count. any day where i can't really measure my calories i work out extra time just cover myself.

today( thurs) is going to end up being my cheat day this week and i know it ( as will next thurs since it'll be valentines) on the bright side I'm walking approx 4 miles today through snow so that should help offset stuff ^-^
 
:biggrinjester:Well aren't you the lucky one having someone to cook for you! When you're not sure about the calorie content, just don't pile the yummyness too high on your plate, that's all!

Keep working at it, Lady. With lotsa DDR and increased water intake, as well as reduced portions, you will be shrinking in no time! :hug2:

2 weeks in and 5 pounds down, i'm now where i wanted to be pound wise but damn if the inches aren't melting off in the process.

it's that time of the month so bleh i don't want to exercise tonight but i will anyways becuase I must becuase i need to.
 
:party:You go, girl! I would be very happy to see a 5 lb loss over 2 weeks! My WL these days is S*L*O*W* and painful. sigh. Good on ya for getting in some exercise even with nasty old Aunt Flo' paying her unwelcome visit. I SHARE YOUR PAIN.

Thanks for the encouragement. aunt flow makes me work doubly hard. two workouts a day now becuase I shall not be beaten. My SO is on board with me and is for the most part cooking healthier foods.

I am thrilled with 5 pounds gone and I've come to realise that every pound is a success even if i don't lose as many as I may want to. This is my journey and it's the journey that counts not how long it takes.
 
Things are going great. i have plenty more energy than i used to. a combination of losing weight and eating clean ( salads are no longer a random occurance and fruits and veggies have made it into regular eating)

Getting more done in life with the extra energy, more housework and mostly though which makes the fiance happy which makes her more willing to cook healthy for me so I'll do more housework.

so far all goes well.
 
I think I'm developing an addiction to green beans, they just make such an awesome quick snack. that and unsalted rice crackers. I'm also really enjoying being able to eat more food becuase everything I eat has less calories.

Now if the weather would just improve I could go workout outside some.
 
2 pounds down from last week well 2.3 ^-^. those extra ddr session where i'm dripping sweat are doing the trick. Gotta put in more weight resistance training though. i don't like the weights but i need to put up with them or i'm never going to get my body where it needs to be.

lunch this week is going to consist mainly on lunchables becuase the grocery store had a huge dollar sale and alex stuffed the house with them. Gonna drink extra water to try and flush out the excess sodium i'm going to be taking in.

DDR and I are heavily involved couple who need a slight vacation from each other. This week is gonna be mostly video aerobics and shadow boxing becuase after a month I wanna shock my body before it gets too used to DDR. There will still be the odd session though ^-^

hehe water and i have an agreement where I pee every 10 minutes but it ensures I keep my body all nice and not retaining.

I'm still 80 or so lbs away from my ultimate goal and with determination and support i know i can make it.

Looks like you are doing really well.. I am trying to drink more water. I easily get dehydrated from meds, so it can be tough, but the tea seems to dehydrate me more. I usually have tea in the morning and the rest of the day have water ...

Good for you in maintaining a good exercise regime.. awesome!

The DDR sounds awesome, but I can't spend the money on that. I figure a rain coat would do me good ...

but maybe I will try that carmen electra dvd .. since so many like it...

have you tried it? do you like it? Can you suggest any workout dvds that work you cardio?

Just curious ..those hot days of summer and bring you in with index's so high ...

Water is my secret weapon and anytime I go off my strict water regime I pay for it. I'd like to add tea in but i worry bout the caffiene and such.

maintaining exercise is great but not easy I tell you and I scrimped on the resistance training today becuase it got to be late at night before i got to it.

DDR can be expensive but is a nice cardio session to awesome music. Gotta dance ^-^

I've tried only the carmen electra striptease and it's great, there's a few sexy moves in there but almost all of it is typical dance style moves and a damn good workout. she's also got a warmup and cool down so it's a complete workout. definitely worth the money.

Haven't used any other dvd's get but i plan to get tae bo in april so i'll let you know how that goes.

I have a sun allergy of sorta and more than an hour of direct sunlight in the summer makes me sleepy, I'll be working out in the shade during the summer, jogging and skipping hopefully.

whoot things are looking good this week.wanting to up my weightloss from my regular 2lbs a week to 5 so i can reach my goal in may so calories are being cut a bit and i'm doubling the exercise.

My military friend pat is also gonna give me a workout plan to follow, dunno how that will turn out but i figure if anyone knows how to get that slim body it's him. ( boy is built like a goddamn granite cliff)

my 21st Birthday party starts tomorrow. There will be cake and cupcakes and pizza all weekend. i get 1 slice of cake, 1 cupcake and i'm not sure on the pizza. but mostly it's salad and yougurt for this birthday girl.
 
fwee party starts this afternoon but I already know one of my presents is going to be tae bo so I'm pretty damn excited.

slightly reduced exercise time over the weekened since the party goes all weekened long but I'm still going for a half hour a day if it kills me.

this changing of my life has let me know i need to take better care of myself and not just inside. It's time to care about how I present myself as well and my mental health. I have some big changes to make in the coming weeks but I can do it.

Aww thanks, my birthday is actually Tuesday but the party is this weekend.
I'm definitely working out but it won't be quiet. I like to play dance dance revolution and so do my friends. it's fun cardio to good music. The only issues is that only one person can play at a time unless we get a second dance pad.

*Holds up her dumbell like a trophy* progress has been made and progress shall continue ^-^
