ultra fit program

the other fruits have too much sugar
peas and celery have too much salt
im asking about the porklion and yea i am aware of everything you said

its a limited program in the beginning, but then you can add in more fruits and leaner cuts of meat...aleast thats what i remember him saying...you can cheat one meal per week

here is some info on the guy who designed it

So far I'm not impressed

Me neither.

I stopped reading after the first few items that are on the "no" list.

I have no clue how celery and peas would have too much salt in them to 'ruin' your diet. don't pour salt on your food, and you'll NEVER have too much salt in your diet.

too many good foods on the NO list.

Well you've made it obvious that you don't really want anyone's opinion and you are going to do what you are going to do.

Good luck and hopefully after you feel like crap you'll go on a real diet.

when did i say i didnt want anyones opinion...god you people are so jumpy to assume...if i didnt want opinions or to know if anyone has heard of it i wouldnt have asked...i think some of the stuff on the no list is ridiculous and so does my dr...but for the most part he said it was ok except to have fat free milk..all i know is ive lost 10 more pounds since being on this after being stuck in a plateau for about 5 months...so something is obviously working by not eating these items

i dont feel like crap...i feel great and im glad its working...like im going to eat like this forever...i have about 15 more to lose and then im going to eat by the healthy guidelines

If it's working for you then go for it as everyones body works differently. My only concern is that when you say you are losing "weight" that the weight can be water since it seems that the diet is cutting out sodium rich foods.

Just be sure to track your progress and make sure you are holding on to as much lean muscle as possible while losing fat. Use the scale, mirror, and BF calipers, and measuring tape as you seem fit.

Good luck to ya.

:)

I argee with Sara, you have been told countless times by experianced people that its not worth it, but u still seem to think that we are all wrong.

And he can't be an expert in Toning because its a made up word, there is no such thing.

I couldn't give a monkey as to what he has done in the past, anybody can write a scam. You need to learn about the body and the science behind how it works, dont just go for these gimics. Its there job to brainwash you an make you think your getting the very best advice in the world, when really, its not.

i never said anyone was wrong...and what makes you so experienced? your 22 years old, hun...it seems to me everyone on here with the exception of a few are a bunch of youngsters who think they know it all...have you won any contests? have you trained people? have you seen hundreds of people lose weight for a program you designed...i didnt think so

here are the answers to the other questions

1. You can use the leanest cuts of pork (pork loin) and the reason it is not on the program is because too many people were getting it confused with pork and eating too much fat.

2. When losing fat it is important that you stay away from too much simple sugars (even if it is fruit). Fruit sugar as found in Watermelon, Bananas, etc, will not make you fat but it will slow down the fat burning process by utilizing the fruit instead of burning bodyfat. Cantaloupe and berries are the best choice in fruits because they are lowest in sugar.

3. Celery has the highest sodium content of any green vegetable, therefore it is best to avoid.

4. Fresh Green Peas are higher in carbohydrate content then the other green vegetables so they are best to avoid or eaten only in place of another source of carb.

it sure sounds to me as if he knows what hes talking about...i mean he has a franchised gym using his program...ive never claimed to know it all because i dont...and as LV said if its working for me than go for it...its not water weight...i have lost several inches and my clothes are getting baggy...yay!

SO THEN GO DO IT AND STOP TRYING TO GET US TO SAY OKAY!!!
You asked us if we liked it and we said no! If you're going to do it anyway, go ahead, no one can stop you, just stop trying to get us to change our minds!

i am doing it...i could care less if you think its okay...psycho (for using all caps)

im not trying to change your mind...im answering questions asked

Ok seriously let this go.

She posted a diet and wanted to get feedback on it which we gave to her, nothing more, nothing less. I don't know why this is getting so complicated but everyone just needs to chill.

All she did was back what she believes in and there is NOTHING wrong with that.

Slow down there, you dont even know who I am.
My experience and knowledge comes from many places. No, I have not won any comps, however I did loose 25lbs in fat in 9months, then I managed to pack on 17lbs in pure lean muscle mass inside 18months.
My Ex was a gym instructor and I did her course with her, 3 of my close friends are personal trainers, 2 more are bodybuilders, 2 more are Gymnasts, 2 more are feild event athletes and 4 are competitive martial artists.
I have read many science books, weight loss books and strength training books, and lastly these forums.

After a while you can quickly tell if a program is a gymic just by quickly browsing thru it, there are tell-tail signs.

Still waiting for the program...
