Here I will keep up with my eating habits, exercise routine and goals and trials as I go thru "MISSION POSSIBLE".

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 4 1/2 slices of turkey bacon. I glass
of crystal light and a sip of 1% milk.
GNC healthy mens sport vitapack.

Lunch: Honey baked chicken and mixed english peas with carrots and
Water.

Supper 1.5 bowl of homemade veggy soup with ground turkey meat
glass of crystal light with 1 spoon of metamucil.

Exercise 5 mins on the eliptical = 109 cals, then .5 miles walk.
