Well today is the 3 month mark!! Things have been just wonderful!!
I was lost so many inches and well not much weight. But my body has changed and I am now down to a size 46!! I have lost well over 15 inches around my body and I am still hovering around 365 or so.
Still strength training every 3 days, I could prolly do 2 but I want to make sure my muscles heal. Alot of my exercises have gone up in weight as well, like chest flys, curls and shoulder workouts (Chest and Curls are on 35 lbs, bout to go to 40 and shoulder lifts (not overhead but starting from side to shoulder height) are at 25.
Starting to see some serious progress in my shoulders and neck area and a big change in my arms. That kind of curve just below the shoulder and the tricep is looking good haha.
