Man work has bee crazy lately!! But it has been one month since I started my life change. The last few days have been rough and I ate out about 4 times while I was out of town on work. But I don't work at a desk job either haha. I work outside in the oil patch in the hot hot sun burning those cals. So perhaps it didnt kill me but I sure didnt help I kno that much haha. Starting to get hard to juggle eating right when im outta town heh. Took me one month pics tonight, gunna compare later hope it looks good!
 
I am trying to decide whether or not to post my one month progress pics. I look really good and even though I actually haven't "lost" weight yet my body has gone through some pretty amazing changes. Its a little embarrassing since I am so close to 400 lbs. But I am pleased with this first month. I might grow some balls later and post something up lol.
 
Well I have counted my food today and it was bad!!!! Cal to low, fat and carb way to high. And I have no idea what they should be at so I am just guessing its to high lol.

Alright time for another update. Work has been pretty busy for me lately and I gotta make a 5 hour drive for a job on friday! I hate working weekends but my jobs is easy and I still have a job so I actually it rocks haha.

Gunna try and do well on the diet while I am gone but who knows I might blow it lol.

Took some more measurements tonight and here they are:

Day 39
Chest = 54 inches
Arms = 19 1/2 unflexed - 20 1/2 flexed
Stomach = 57 inches
Legs = 32 inches
Waist = 56 1/2 inches

Old (Days 8)

Arms - 17 1/2inches around. (unflexed) 19inches flexed
Stomach - 63 Inches
Chest - 55 1/2 inches
Waist - 56inches
Thighs - 35 inches

Results:

Arms - +2 inches unflexed / +1 1/2 inches flexed
Chest - -1 1/2 inches
Stomach - -7inches!!
Waist - +1/2 inch
Legs - -3inches

Some pretty big changes there if I must say so myself! I also went down a pant size too! From a 50 to a 48. But how can I go down a size when my waist went up a half inch! I dunno, but Ima take it and be happy. I am also happy and still perplexed to say I have worked my ass off to make these changes and to have made them with still gaining 5 pounds haha(yes I am 375 right now). I know ive lost fat but its just not something I am used to, changing my entire body comp that is. Instead of seeing it on the scale I am seeing it in my clothes and the mirror. Hopefully month 2 will bring some good pics.

The question now is....do I go eat some nuggets from chick-fil-a or no? lol
 
YAY! My job was pushed to tuesday so now I get the weekend off :) Today for lunch will be some chickfila nuggets YUMMY. For a snack later Ima get whole grain wheat w/ peanut butter and a fresh peach. Dinner will be prolly something I cook, most likely with beef and tomatoes.

Also will do another round of weight training and 30 mins of boxing. I am so sick of running and I get the same heart rate if not more from boxing. Plus I get to use my entire body and not just my legs lol. Anyways, thats it for now.
 
Man I ate out twice while I was away on work boo!!!!

Anyways, going to go buy a decent workout bench so I can start donig my legs. I heard that the upper body wont build unless the lower is also worked out as well. Doing 30 mins of serious boxing tonight as well.
 
Well things have been going pretty good. Good weekend and very productive. Went and got a new bench and now I can finally do leg workouts on top ogf my upper body. Instead of running I do boxing now or I will for a while anyways. Eating has been good and not so good...not bad but just kinda ok. Starting to feel like I got all this muscle under all this fat. Kinda like maybe theres a zipper on my back and I wanna undo it and take off my fat suit haha. Anyways things are good. Just keepin yall posted.
 
Ok so I had a break through tonight. For the first time in my life I was able to do a full normal push up! No knees on the ground and body straight. Never in my life have I been able to do this. Granted I could only do 2 I am still just on cloud 9. Kinda crazy to think I was able to push up 375 lbs.

Well it has been a long time since I have updated!!!!

Here is whats been going on. I moved into a new place and thats been keping me from the forums and just work and busy and shit. I took a week off (this week) and thought I needed to update! With very very good news!!!

So I haven't worked out for a week/ Still on my diet but just not working out. Last time I weighted in was about a week ago and I weighed in this morning and I went from 377 to 367. I lost 10 pounds! What the heck. I guess I have the answer to all my questions lol. I guess I am so big that when I weight trainnig I'm still gaining alot of muscle, hence why I haven't see the weight loss on the scale. And now that I took a week off, I am starting to see it. What do yall think? I dunno but I am happy that I finally started to lose. Hopefully I wont go back up once I start back up again. Anyways just wanted to share the good news with yall. See yall later
 
Got a gift for yall tomorrow. Taking my day 70 pics ( Compared from day 1 to day 70). For better or worse (hopefully better) they will be posted.
 
Just a quick update.

Finally got moved in and everything put in its place. Starting back on my workout session tonight. And I started doing core exercises and stuff. I AM SORE! Those things are no joke! Hope everyone is doing well. Till next time.

Back for another update.

Diet has been just really so so lately. Still no cokes or fires or anyting like that and I do eat at home alot so it could be worse haha. I also finally got back into working out again. After a week or so of not strength training I feel to loose!!!! Never will ever do that again lol. I am still shrinking a little though :) And like I said, Im in no rush. Life is still good :) Hope yalls life is good as well.
 
woah! So things are good, I weighed myself and I am down to 365! (From 378 highest). And lost more inches. Body still looks the same pretty much but I have def. lost. This month has been the hardest so far. Work is keeping my busy so my diet is a little more loose than I would like it to be but it takes time so. Anyways hope everyone here is doing great and making great decisions!

Well today is the 3 month mark!! Things have been just wonderful!!

I was lost so many inches and well not much weight. But my body has changed and I am now down to a size 46!! I have lost well over 15 inches around my body and I am still hovering around 365 or so.

Still strength training every 3 days, I could prolly do 2 but I want to make sure my muscles heal. Alot of my exercises have gone up in weight as well, like chest flys, curls and shoulder workouts (Chest and Curls are on 35 lbs, bout to go to 40 and shoulder lifts (not overhead but starting from side to shoulder height) are at 25.

Starting to see some serious progress in my shoulders and neck area and a big change in my arms. That kind of curve just below the shoulder and the tricep is looking good haha.

Anyways, I hope everyone is doing as well as I am. Have a great labor day everyone!!
 
Well, not much has changed since my last update. I have been sick of about 8 days going now. The worst is over but now I have a horrible cough that just won't go away. As far as eating and exercise, its been a little lackluster. I have had some personal problems that have made me a little less focused on those things lately. Job security being one of them. I would rant a little on here but the only person I really have ever talked to is Karacooks haha. So I will spare anyone who reads this the time. But anyways, I have stayed at 365 for a while now and I am just takin it day by day. Unfortunately I have bigger fish to fry right now. Hope everyone who reads this is doing well and staying happy.

Hello all!, man life has been so crazy since my last post! Unfortunaly I haven't made to much progress at all haha. HAd af ew bad days but LUCKY for me I have still lost and stayed at 363 for a while. I try hard to focus on my weight loss but like i said things have been out there lol. Diet could be better but I am still strength training and working on my cardio again.

Once I hit 350 I will post more pics. But that might be a lil while hehe :p I hope everyone is doing wonderful and staying happy!
