Okay... one... I utterly DESPISE Cici's pizza. I hate the crust, and I really just don't like anything about it. I LOVE their cinnamon rolls, but I can only eat 2, and my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE part of cici's is their PASTA!!

:D I don't know anywhere else where you can get all the pasta alfredo and cinnamon rolls you want and still pay under $10.

Yuck, their pasta is like the stuff we had in my college dorm, all mushy and overcooked. Maybe it's just my location. :puke:

Weighed in this morning at 176.4....my starting weight was 256.6...that makes it 80.2 lbs I've lost since early July 2008!

I am SO happy for you! Of course my second thought though was how I started right around when you did and how much weight I could have lost by now if I'd stopped dicking around sooner, lol. Which I think I've made a comment like this before. But being reminded is a good thing, all the more reason to not stop now :) So that was just the kick in the butt I needed.

It DOES help that I live alone...nobody else around to buy candy or other crap to tempt me. I am the sole controller of what food enters this house. Makes it a LOT easier!

I'm really happy to have stumbled upon your diary! It really helps put weight loss into perspective. Sometimes, I just want to take a cleaver and cut all my rolls away ... I wouldn't, much too bloody ... But, if I could just close my eyes and open them to find it all melted away ... FANTASY WORLD!

I've just started out, and I'm grateful to be able to follow your success.

LOL!! I agree with the bloody part. That's why I just fantasize that aliens abduct me and beam my fat stomach off and I wake up in the morning with it gone....and probably three little tag marks cuz that's what abductees get right? But tag away as long as they keep the fat!!!!
 
I went to the gym last night for a lift class...and the only guy in the class, a tall buff guy, flirted with me. Kept smiling at me while we were putting our weights and mats away at the end of the class. Kind of went slow so he'd be walking out the door at the same time as me. We chatted for about 20 minutes, and he made it a point to tell me that he wouldn't be at the class next week, but would DEFINITELY be there the week after.

I guess he's interested.

Weird that he'd flirt with me out of all the buff chicks in that class.

I was out of town for the weekend...tried to be good, I think I mostly was...but whenever I travel OR whenever the weather gets hot, I put on like 3 pounds overnight. I'm sure that'll happen tomorrow when I step on the scale, I'll be all pissed off at it!
 
Well, I gained .08 lbs after that weekend away...my measurements haven't changed so it's just water/other stuff. I'm sure it'll come off today or tomorrow.

I've done something very bold for me...I've signed up for an adult kickball league as a beginner player. I haven't played kickball since I was a kid but I figure it will be a good way to get out of the house and meet new people and have fun. Hopefully it won't be a disaster! My first game is in a couple of weeks.
 
Yeah that sounds fun. Our town is so small we do not have anything like that around here. Maybe that might have a adult softball or something since we do have bunch of baseball parks around here.
