I am currently down 3.5 lbs...!!! YES!!! Im gonna try to push for 4 by Friday...
Im not gonna post my food from yesturday it was all good and I was abt 1,200 cals...I even had one serving of Doritos but man I tell ya...260 cals for 20 chips...geeesh...but i did it I only ate 20...

It was hard but it wasnt ya know...I had my 20 and stopped, Im getting to be very devoted and now I am loosing agian because I am not eating crap so I am happy with that...
