1.) What are the advantages/disadvantages of lifting all muscles on the same day 3 times a week vs. lifting 5 different muscle groups (giving them each their own day) meaning 5 days a week? On the first, you are lifting each muscle three times in one week, and on the second, each muscle only gets worked once a week. But from what I see on people's work out regimens, they seem to divide their lifting as in case two.
2.) Is there any problem with lifting at 11:00am and then running on the same day at 7:00pm? Does it hurt healing time, or counter the lift in any way?
