Two months to get into two size smaller bikini

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what I am currently doing. I have always been active, but still have those last 10 lbs of fat that just don't seem to come off, so this week I began a heftier workout regime and diet. i am 5' 81/2 medium bone structure and currently weigh in at 142 lbs. I would like to be 132 ideally. Here is what I am doing:

Workouts:
Cardio 5 days a week 45 minutes in the morning
weights 3 days a week-sometimes the same day as the cardio
taking a CORE abs and back class 45 minutes on Sunday and 30 minutes on Tuesdays
One day a week longer run/walk (about 1.5 hour)

Eating:

I am not counting calories, but I am basically eating 2 servings of protein, 3 starches (try to stick with all whole grain, example 1 piece whole wheat bread=1 startch) 3 veggies, 3 fruits, one dairy one fat and two small snacks (like a myoplex bar) I also drink 64-70 oz water and limit any diet soda.

I do all of these things 6 days a week, then on Sunday I can eat whatever I want (within reason)!

I really want to be able to just get into this smaller size bikini and really lose fat, whiole mainiting muscle, and I am confused on how the best way is to do that. it seems like there are a lot of opinions. If anyone sees flaws or has suggestions to my plan, please let me know! Thank you-Sofia :)
 
It looks a good starting point and should work. Dont be affraid to lift heavy weights. how are you splitting your meals, 3 meals a day? 4, 5?

Yes, I forgot to add I am eating these meals 5 times a day. Example of what I ate monday:

breakfast:

three egg whites
1 piece whole wheat toast
1 2% piece cheese

snack
kashi go lean bar

Lunch:

Large salad 1 egg
2TBSP light dressing

Snack
apple

Dinner:
1 cup whole wheat pasta
8 large shrimp
veggies mixed

1 glass wine
 
Looks good. You can get your goal. Remember a lot of what you lose at first will be water weight so if your gains slow down dont panic. Keep working hard.


Was it just one glass of wine? ;) come on, you can tell me :D

Haha!!

It was a FULL glass, probably 8-10 ounces!! Mondays are tough with the work schedule and getting back into things gotta have the wine, and I have heard a glass of red is not too bad, I usually use that to take the place of a fruit serving or two. :)
 
Im kidding. Dont cut everything out you enjoy or you wont succeed. A little bit of what you fancy will keep you on track. Let us know how you get on Sofia

I get hungry just looking at this. It doesn't look like enough food (in my opinion). Do you have any idea how many calories you are consuming in a day?
