Two months in, 17 lbs down pics

Okay, so I'm keeping up with my monthly progress shots - I've lost another 9 lbs since last month. I still have a considerable amount of belly fat, it seems my boobs are shrinking more than anything else:blush5: but I do see everything starting to slim down. I wonder if the fact that I've had two children and I'm still nursing has anything to do with my tummy retaining the fat...

The pants are very baggy on me now, and you can see they fit snugly in the first photo.

Thanks for all the encouragement so far, I am hoping it will keep up!! If anybody has any ideas about losing belly fat, please share - but I have read that spot reduction is not possible, so maybe I just have to be patient:p

Thanks! It really is a great feeling - I'm so glad I took pics because it's hard to see how dramatic the difference is when I'm just looking in the mirror and have nothing to reference. This way I can really give myself credit for how far I've come.

wow were you doing stomach exercises? as my bellys like urs and im worried i wont lose it

ive no kids so ive no excuse for the way my belly is , its just laziness on my part:) u look fab btw

My tummy looks similar to how your's does now (I posted before and during pics the other day- post titled 54 lbs lost). It's frustrating, I know. I'm doing extra cardio as well as crunches, leg lifts and a full upper and lower body strength training workout.

Well, to be honest, I started out working out A LOT with Turbojam and Ab jam, but lately, I haven't been working out very much at all... The biggest changes I have made are not eating after dinner, potion sizes, more water and more fresh food.

I do walk a lot and do crunches nightly, but I need to start really working out again.

Thank you so much!! I had a look at your pics and you are looking great! I am actually flattered that you think my belly looks similar to yours, because I think you look pretty fantastic. I'm also 5'3".

Yeah the belly fat thing is super frustrating, especially when your "assets" are the first to go and the things you DON'T want are the last!! That's the case for me, anyway.

Only 2 months?! Wow, you look so great! The weight loss so far has definitely made a huge difference already! Keep up the good work n well done!

Thank you. I actually believe your tummy looks a little better that mine. Seriously, you should be so proud of yourself for losing so much in two months, thats a great accomplishment.
 
Congrats, you are looking fantastic so far! I know how you feel about the assets, after I had my last kiddo who turned 2 yesterday I was in a D cup, now I'm at a B. They better not get any smaller, ugh. Keep at it!

Ohhh.....what a change....that too in just two months. You're too good.
I am 155 pounds. My goal weight is 132 pounds and my height is 5' 4.5". I wish I can do as well as you.
Anyways, congratulations to you!! Great job!! (You are very pretty.)

good job I started diet from the 9th may and I lost 4Kg I am on herbalife prg, Hight is 5.1 my wight was 109.5kg and now 105kg seeing your pic make me look fowerd to compleit
 
the difference is amazing in such a short time. You look great.

I'm hoping to lose my DDD's too. I thought they'd shrink after nursing, but nope.....You give me hope though
 
good thread, going to forward this to my gf who is starting to workout since she recently decieded to stop nursing for daughter.
 
Thanks for all the encouraging replies! I am closer to 20 lbs lost now - WOOHOO:party: I am definitely looking forward to next month's shots - maybe that will be the "after", but I won't count on it;)
