What a week this has been. This has been by far the hardest week so far, especially today. A little back story before I talk of the troubles. Every Sudnay, I (my mommy too, awwwwww) prepare the food for the entire week. Last weekend, I did not stay the entire weekend and we only had enough food to last till about thursday. So I had to figure out a way to keep eating correctly while not having every meal already planned out. I have to say, I was a bit scared. The other piece of important information is that this week was finals week, you know what that means. Normally it means long nights and poor eating habits, so it was a bit of a challenge.
Those were the situations and overall untill today, I was able to keep this really well. Once the food ran out, I only had to buy a couple meals worth of food, so it wasn't too bad to buy a couple fruits and squeeze by. I haven't had any outside food or soda, so we are still on track for the short term goal. The problem with today is that I stayed up till 5am studying for a final that I had a 7am, which meant that I got one hour of sleep. The exam is from 7am to 9am and I have work from 9am to 5pm. That is the major problem today because I feel so tired not just because of sleep, but for some reason I feel physically weak. My arms and my legs are just tired, no other way to explain it really. I had my normal breakfast and a snack a couple of hours later. For lunch though, since I didn't prepare anything I went to Subway and got a Six Inch sandwich, which I cut into two pieces. I ate the first three inches and I'll have the second three inches sometime in the next couple of hours when I get hungry. After that, I'll be driving home and everything should work out.
I do not feel that I have made a big negative impact on my hard work over the past few weeks. I think that I'm gonna make the 175Lbs. goal for this Sunday's weigh-in. Although sleep and it's quality have an effect of weight loss and weight control, I'm hoping that it didn't make a noticable dent.
