ok so yesterday I started as member here I wanted to get started earlier on my goal to be fit. I have one huge obstacle my Grandma sends a huge "care" package every year full of the best of the best. In previous years I would indulge during the holidays and get back on track the first of the year. The year before last after a good amount of weight loss I gained back 12 pounds of the 27 I had lost. To not be a total downer I have been able to maintain that all year with in 1-3 pounds range up and down. I injured my knee and now can only walk instead of run. Sometime this week I may post some pictures of top weight and current picture .....until then here we go:
