ok in the original post in this thread i made a chart for my weights for each week that i will update each monday when i weigh in, it will be easier to keep track of in my opinion
 
i am determined to get to 200 lbs!

after i hit 200 i might take a break (and maintain at the same time) and then work for a lower goal, maybe around 175-180
 
i dont know if ill lose any weight this week to be honest, i feel fatter today then when i started for some reason

weighin tomorrow
 
Nice job so far, man! I know what you're saying about the grocery bills going up, but in the end you save sooo much money from eating out. That's my motivation. :) Spend 15 bucks making a healthy casserole and pasta and it's good for 8 meals. You may feel fat and bloated today, but just gotta keep at it.
 
thanks for the words......i went to burger king today, i dont expect to lose any weight this week..pretty disappointed in myself but im just gonna keep goin
 
DONT feel SOO guilty !! They say since your just starting out that to indulge every now and then is GOOD .. so you dont feel so deprived and you are more likely to stick with it. So keep up the good work .. just once you eat ONE bad thing dont think it ruins ur day or week and let all ur hard work go. Hang in there, you are doing great !
 
man i been tempted today but im still fighting, i feel good for going from fast food pretty much every day to quitting cold turkey for a month and only cheating twice
 
Yes, major props to you for quitting cold turkey !!! I KNOW thats soooo hard !! And adding pushups !! Thats soo awesome! Keep it up !
 
ok im movin tomorrow after work to a new apartment...the internet is suppose to be hooked up there when i get there but i have a feeling it wont be, ive had alot of problems with AT&T

so if im not on for a few days i didnt give up...just busy or internet not working

next weighin is monday and ill definitely be here for that
 
finally got my internet working at the new place

i aint gonna lie i been cheating some lately but not to much

still doing my pushups and working out when i can...still losing weight thats all that matters
 
ok i been cheatin a ton this week, ill be happy if i didnt gain or lose a pound this week, weighin tomorrow

i really need to get back on track, im not giving up.....im glad to be in the 220s now
