Hey, well i'm new to this whole internet fitness thing so bare with me if i sound stupid. Anyway i used to be a dancer and i was very fit i had the abs of steel and i dont think i was ever over 110 pounds. When i finished school i stopped dancing and started work, i saw an old friend of mine from a few years ago and we realized that both of us have put on some body fat. I want to get back to the way i looked last year i want to tone and sculpt my abs again, i know they are under there but i cant see them any more and i have developed 'love handles'. does anyone have an suggestions as to how i can get rid of the extra fat and re work my abs? thanks for your help.
