trying to lose weight

been trying to lose weight i go workout everyday drink water TRY to eat heathly i lift monday wed and friday then i most the time run on tuesday and thursday when should i start seeing some changes?
 
Well, it all depends on genes. It could vary from person to person. However, there is no doubt that if you keep doing what you're doing, you WILL see changes.

Make sure you're doing excellent cardio though. Do about 20 minutes each session, about 3 or 4 times a week.

What is your diet like? I have friends that think that when you lift weights, you can eat whatever you want. These are the same ones that wonder why they can't lose weight or build muscle. Plenty of rest and lots of water help also.
 
i drink water all the time nothing but water unless i drink orange juice in the morning not really eatting anything unheathly staying away from fast food i do 30 mins of lifting then do 30 mins on the bike most the time its about 4 or 5 miles on the bike what do you guys think?
