Hey I been working out for about 1year strong now, 4-5 days set, in the middle went down to 1-2 days only, but for the last 5 months its been good. Now i weigh about 140lbs and and I have noticed that my stomach still sticks out a lot, however the rest of my body has improved, I was just wondering what should i concentrate on to still keep gain muscle mass but at the same time lose the gut.
