Loosing Weight

OK, this losing weight thing is going to be a lot harder than I first thought, "hey I could probably lose weight, all I have to do is eat less and exersize more" :eek: yeah...

Don't get discouraged. You're going to find hundreds of different techniques to loose weight. As well as hundreds of diet plans. Different plans work for different people, but the one thing you need to keep in mind is not only how much weight do you want to loose, but rather how can you establish a healthy lifestyle so that 3, 6 or 8 months down the road when you've lost the weight you don't gain it all back again.

Keep in mind that 98% of people who go on diets fail. The problem is most of them can't stick to it for long periods, so they gain it back again. This is not meant to discourage you, remember there is still 2% that make it, and you could be one of them.

You need to decide weather you want to just loose weight or establish a healthy lifestyle that you can maintain for life.

As some people have already stated. Eating less is not the answer. You should be eating more (min 1500 calories per day) but eating healthier. Also you need to burn more than you're consuming. The 10 minute hoola hoop ain't going to cut it, unless you're doing an extra 10 to 15 minutes of HIIT everyday.
