Im 16 years old and 138 lb.
im trying to build a little more bulk and upper body muscle. I checked my weight at the beginning of the summer it was 145. now i checked this morning its down to 138. i was told when building muscle, it increases weight. In the summer i lifted every other day with a friend at the same pace, and recently i just go on sundays. I can see some bicep improvement, and tricep improvement and my lifting weight also increases. But i do not understand the loss in weight. Is there something im doing wrong?
