Trying to Fix myself but need to know how

Hi, this is my first post on this site. I'm going thru an issue to lose 40+ lbs that i gained thru a period of depression in my past. Before my anxiety and depression period i used to be 174lb 5'8". But i saddly gained tremendous weight to 210 in under 6 months. In this growth speed i now have really scarey stretch marks. Well i'm thru with my depression period and i'm very scared about my health. I'v been working out for awhile with a Playstation 2 game called Dance Dance Revolution Extreme 2, Its like a cardio workout. Get's me pumped and sweating fast, and its fun that i'd spend over and hr or 2 just playing it. I'm Also working on strength training with some dumbells. With DDR i have noticed that i have more energy and stamina. I also just bought Centrum Performance today and took my first pill. Im just wondering is everything i'm doing right or should i change some stuff. Also i'm on a low calerie diet.

Make sure with your low calorie diet that its not to low, as that can result in weight GAIN.

Its best to eat atleast every 3 hours, as to keep your metabolism stimulated. Also, make sure the calories you're getting are GOOD calories.. for example going on a 1500 calorie diet that consists of 10 cokes and a cheeseburger is NOT GOOD.

Also, always eat breakfast, as it starts your metabolism in the morning.
