Trying to find a program that targets the lower stomach

Does anyone know of a weight loss program or work out that targets the lower stomach fat area's? I've tried to get help on several different health & weight loss forums[/url] and sites but they aren't nearly as active as this one so hopefully some one knows a thing or two.

I'm stuck with this fat on my lower stomach from my recent birth, but haven't been able to get rid of it for close to a year now.

Spend some time reading..

you cannot spot reduce...
you can eat healthy and exercise and maybe you'll lose extra fat...
be consistent with your efforts and don't look for the easy way out

and do not post links
 
so you're suggesting that spending a lot of money can make a body do what it can't do normally?

Spot reducing isn't possible.. Spending money on diet pills or diet programs do not help with that

According to me if want to loose weight you do not need time table for that just do exercise regularly, follow stick diet plan for only six month by this you will get perfect body.

Really? By 6 months? No matter how much you weigh or how out of shape you are, you can achieve the perfect body in 6 months? Or are you just posting garbage in order to spam your signature (which has been removed, btw)
 
I've always wondered if someone could word a thread just so that it could create a war of the spambots. I've noticed how more aren't blind posting, but picking threads with certain trigger words.
 
I know you can't spot reduce fat, but you can spot define. Have you tried crunches (in addition to a healthier diet to lose fat overall)? A good way to target the lower stomach is to lay on your back with your legs in the air and knees bent. Then do a crunch, but instead of using your abs to lift your upper body, use your abs to lift your butt and legs. That targets the lower abdominal area.

But if you just want to lose the fat and not really tone, then you'll have do the good old diet and exercise route. Everyone has an area where they lose last.
