Right now I'm 22 and 5'7 @ 170lbs and want to be back to my OLD SELF AGAIN! I put this weight on a little over a year ago when I went thru some tough changes. I moved from my home in Florida up to Maine with my boyfriend (Now my husband), that was my first time ever moving away from my parents and half across the country! That was very hard for me. And Ive always been around 130lbs and that's where i want to be again. The weight gain was a combination of stress and living with a guy who eats like crazy and never gains any weight! And... moving out of very warm weather where you are used to be outside, going to the beach, wearing a bikini all the time to the North can be a huge change also. My husband still has his great body and i want to get back in shape also. It just seems so impossible, I feel like I've been trying and trying over the past year, but can't stay motivated. I've never had to try to lose this much weight before (30-40lbs) and ive never had to really watch what I'm eating so I'm just having a difficult time right now with the whole thing. I would just like to feel good about myself again and wear the clothes i want to and feel great in a bikini again. And right now I'm so down on myself about the whole thing. Sooo...
The plan is: I have 5 months until we go home to Florida for Christmas (We are in Canada working right now) and i want to be back to my original weight by then... I think in 5 months I should be able to lose the 30-40lbs that i SO BADLY want to lose. I just need some major motivation, and any tips if anyone has any. So anyone feel free to comment or give me your ideas...
