Try this new diet

I created this one and I am proud of it. Its called H2O. (Hydrate to obliterate) You obliterate hunger by drinking a lot of water (H20). You drink one gallon of water each day and cut overall calorie intake to sub 2000. Eat three reasonable sized meals and just one small snack per day. This will get you results in reasonable/safe time. When out with reasonable excercise, espically cardio, results are sure to come quickly. Try it and let me know how it goes for ya!
 
I get it... Drink water and then just eat one twinky for breakfast, one for lunch, and two for dinner. You'll keep your calories under 1500 and lose weight for sure!

Not to burst your bubble, but don't be too proud of yourself on that one. You have pseudo-clever acronym and half of a guideline with absolutely no substance. Hopefully most people will recognize that, but some people believe anything they read.
 
reduce the size of those meals slightly, add 3 more and, whilst you may not 'hydrate to obliterate', you will be using a tried and tested nutrition programme that most people on this forum use already.

Congratulations on your results though - glad it worked for you...
 
I probably drink 1.5 to 2 gallons a day, and Im still hungry like the wolf. I have to eat 6 or 7 times. Bad idea, sorry. I think its because you're not used to drinking that much water yet.
