Tonight I didn't have much time, so I hit the gym fast and hard. I got 255 on the bench press, so I guess it's time for a new goal.I'm thinking 275 is the next goal.

We will both recuperate and be back in the saddle as far as cardio goes! YAY!Thanks, I am feeling better, and might get some real food in me today. I'm not 100% but hopefully I'll be out running tomorrow. I got a new Ipod and want to try it out.![]()

Thanks, JZ. Food was way off today. I had hoped to be better, but tonight I just wasn't feeling right on the inside, so I just had Greek yogurt with some peanut butter and jelly mixed in. I had planned on making a beautiful pumpkin and mushroom risotto, but it didn't happen. I still have the ingrediants for tomorrow.
Speaking of playlist, Valerie reminded me that I'm missing some Primus from my playlist. I'll be adding Tommy the Cat later. Killer bass.![]()
