I'll eat 50 easy of the big ones. That's including beer, and lots of it. Better to just stay away completely.

I do understand that it is frustrating to take steps back. I'm not as good of a runner as I once was. But we can both make up the lost ground if we stick with it!

With the foods you've eaten, I highly doubt that you have had 2000 calories. I've eaten about 4 times as much as you have today and still haven't hit 2000 calories. I think you are safe to eat the yogurt. ::

OK, I found the custom food part on Fit Day. I think it would be cool if they had something where you could add the ingredients and they would tell you the result. The way I had to do it was to add up all the ingredients on a piece of paper and then divide by 12 servings to get one, then add that as a custom food. There must be an easier way.
I suck as a friend. This is the first time Ive posted in your diary. Sorry man. Can you believe you are down 41 pounds. How close are you to 200? Looks like you are almost there. So close. 20 more to go and you arnt off by that much from your original goal. Keep it going.
