Day 89
Midnights +day shift (Sunday)
Last few days weren't good ones. The Fourth was a barbecue where I started off good and just had some veggies and dip, but then went into chicken and sausage. Good for me I left before the desert.
Yesterday I worked a double shift, midnight into day shift. I didn't eat horrible, but I was hungry all day. I also had no energy to workout, just go to sleep because I had the same for today. I ate cereal, but was still hungry so I had more. I ate way too much. For dinner we went to a beach shack, and I had a chicken wrap, but I also ate every last french fry. Not good, Trops, not good.
Today I am working the midnight shift into day again. I want to go out running, but I'm just way too tired. When I'm done here I just want to go home to sleep. Tomorrow I have just a single shift, so I should be able to get some sleep and work out. The kids don't have camp all this week, so I don't know how much sleep I will get, but it will be more then today.
I haven't been on the scale in a few days, but I can just feel like my weight has gone up. Tomorrow will not be a good weigh in, I know it.
