OK, I was able to fend off the hunger. I ate a big bowl of cereal with FF milk. It set me up for the evening. I took the kids to the gym with me because Fridays they have free babysitting. Good deal, right? Wrong. Not enough people were using (me included) it so they canceled it.
The plan was that I'd take them to the gym and then for pizza for dinner, picking up a hero for my wife. Give her some relax time in a quiet house for about an hour and a half. Well, she got about 45 min. My daughter wanted the white pie, ricotta cheese and mozzarella no red sauce but good garlic and oregano. My son wanted the roasted tomato and garlic and fresh mozzarella. each of these rotten kids ate one slice with another left over for dear old dad.

I was strong. I didn't touch them except to bring them home. Well, I did eat my daughter's crust, but that's like nothing. I'm telling you, pizza is my weakness and we have some really, I mean really good pizza here.
I got home and my wife asked why I didn't just bring them right home and go back. Well, it's time for them to go to bed, so I got them ready and then headed back to the gym. I had a good, but quick work out. Chest, bicep, back, abs, then a quick sprint on the treadmill. Damn, I can not do that for very long.
Tomorrow is member appreciation day. I might go back in the morning just for the free stuff.

Of course I'll work out, too, but I'll have to go early. I measured the distance from my house to the gym is 1.9 miles on the road. I was thinking about running there, light workout, then run home. 3.8 miles round trip with a short break in there. I'll see. I wouldn't be able to bring home all my loot, though.
