Tropez' Diary 4.0

Just checking in.

Last Thursday and Friday went well. I don't do bad if I can find items to eat/drink that have set calories. It's when I get home and we cook dinner or buy dinner from somewhere that doesn't list calories that annoys me.

For instance, on Friday, I was able to keep track of my calories for breakfast, lunch, and my snack. Then we skip dinner and try to fit in a movie while we have a babysitter and I get a hot dog and some corn, but I have no clue on the calorie content on those, it annoys me. I don't want to be overly anal about this to tick off family and friends but then I like to see exact numbers.

Oh well, just venting.

Today is good, I learned that my calorie intake was a bit low (at 2200 calories). Now I'm fixing that, using the math below. I will probably need to add some protein shakes to the mix to get in extra cals.
