A big hello to all of you.
Some days now passing around, i have read almost all diaries and articles and i have to say that i start to love this forum so much, and all of you nice people.
Before introducing my self i have to say sorry for my poor english because am not english native, am greek from Cyprus, an island in the coast of the Meditterranean sea...
So am a female, 35 years old, married and having 2 daughters..
I started this trip 2 weeks before when came back from a trip, felt so bad on the trip because i found my self having nothing to wear all my clothes which i bought recently was so small on me, so i said enough i have to do something for this once i return home.. This vacations was not good for me, i felt so fat...
So i started diet on the 20th of August i was 71kg and today 4th of September i am 69kg.
Good for starting i can say, i dont follow a special diet, i just cut off sugar, sweets, fried food, i drink a lot of water 8-10 cups per day and i walk 30 min every day.
i try to keep my calories on the 1400 daily and i wishhhhhh until Christmas to loose 10 kgs and to be down to 60kgs as the normal of my height should be.. iam 1.60..short so i wish and i dream to not give up and to continue this trip until the end which i planned to be in Christmas.
