Triceps workout

those are the main ones ... in fact, the only other one that i do on occasion is a machine push-down, where you are seated and have handles on each side and you push down.
 
what do you need to do to get tricep muscle stimulation so as to get bigger and more defined triceps????

I try to include triceps on my chest, shoulder routine, but when I reach it.( my last exercise) I get to tired and can't lift heavy for my triceps. How can I build bigger trcieps??

Should I do my triceps on a different day???? as as to focus more and lift heavier when I work on it/???
 
Because you use your triceps when you work your chest, it is normal that they will feel tired near the end of your workout, when you are trying to complete your isolated exercises. Try doing triceps with back, and chest with biceps instead and see the difference. ;)
 
ill try that, but I was also thinking about doing triceps with legs. As I dont use them so I'll be able to lift heavy and not get tired.
