Triceps Exercises & Elbow Problem

I recently began working out again after a few years off. Now that I am resuming, I am noticing slight pain in my right elbow when I do tricep exercises. Nothing big... Just engough to cause slight discomfort. But somtimes it is enought to impact future workouts. I actually think that this pain (for the most part) this is the result of extensive time spent typing at work.

For my triceps workout, I have been mostly been doing just tricep push downs (1-2 sets) after my chest workout. I would really like to be able to work my triceps harder than this. I have tried other things, but have not been able to figure out any exercises that do not cause much impact or stress on the elbow joints. Does anyone know some tricep exercises that are easy on the elbows?

There are many other lifts you can perform other than push downs.
Here are a few for you to try:

Close-Grip Bench Press
Skull Crushers
One arm dumbell raises
Overhead barbell raises
Dips

Try some of these instead and see if you have any more discomfort.

J;)

if your doing your bench presses and your shoulder presses properly you shouldnt need to do any tricep exercises.
