Tricep exercises

Grab a heavy dumbell with both hands and lift it above your head starting from behind your head. This is absolutely shred your tris. Called a French press i think.

I do those but I doubt its called a french press when was the last time the french did anything you could call hard work :D
 
Yeah that isn't a french press. I think dips, skull crushers and some extensions, and pushdowns too, all work well.
 
skull crushers/french press, tricep extensions (behind the head), close grip bench press, bench dips, adn press downs.

do NOT waste time with kickbacks. you WILL be mocked by the giants in your gym.
 
Skull Crushers

I totally agree, skull crushers is the way to go. I do various kinds of skull crushers using incline and decline bench as well as close/wide grip. I found this site for those interested in seeing a video of what a skull crusher is. Check out workout101.ca, it has various other exercises as well but I find skull crushers most effective for tris.

what s wrong with kickbacks?
 
weighted dips and skull crushers are killers on your tri's! i've been told by many that weighted dips work the tris the best out of all the other excersizes

thumbs up to that bro....that will rip ur tris bigtime i love those!!!weighted bench dips are also kicka** especially at the end of the workout...
